The initial deposit is $1,000 which is deducted from the final bill. In the wedding contract, a payment plan will be created based on your budget needs.
The site fees that we charge are the ceremony set up fee ranging from $100-$550 depending on your guest count and wedding package & the cocktail hour set up fee which is $350.

Included in every wedding package is a hospitality wedding suite available from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM the day of your wedding! We also include a King suite the night of your wedding. All chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, & napkins are also included in every wedding package. The staff is available to assist with the full set up & breakdown of your wedding day. We offer complimentary onsite parking for all wedding guests.

Included in every wedding package is your choice of wedding cake or cupcakes. We are partnered with two local bakeries that provide delicious & beautiful cakes or cupcakes. The cake cutting is done by our experienced, expert chef & served with a flavored mousse to your wedding guests by our highly skilled serving staff.

Every wedding reception is topped with a champagne toast to cheers the wedding couple. Don’t worry about the kiddos under 21, we still place a flute with a non-alcoholic punch! Every wedding package is customizable & you can choose to have a 5-hour open bar. A 5-hour open bar would have the bar available from the start of the cocktail hour to the end of the wedding reception. Included in the house bar package are an assortment of liquors to please all wedding guests, a variety of wines, & the choice of two draft beers. Premium Bar Packages is included in your package and Top Shelf are available for upgrading. Every wedding bar package includes a personalized signature drink! 

The only requirement necessary are within the months of May – October, there is a $10,000 food & beverage minimum. The approximate guest count with the least expensive wedding package is 135 guests.

There will be a meeting scheduled two months prior to the wedding to discuss all wedding details. The final count & final payment are both due 3 weeks prior to the wedding. This timeline relieves you of any stress with the venue as all wedding details are finalize weeks before the big day. All wedding items & décor will be brought to the Catering Sales Manager during your final appointment to ensure all details are in order.
